Bruce Straley is an American game director, artist and designer, best known for his work with video game studio Naughty Dog from 1999 until 2017. At Naughty Dog, Straley worked as an artist on 1999's Crash Team Racing and the Jak and Daxter trilogy before getting promoted to co-art director for Naughty Dog's 2007 title Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.
Straley was promoted to game director for the 2009 sequel Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, which received universal acclaim and was a commercial success. Following Uncharted 2, Straley collaborated with creative director Neil Druckmann to work on a new intellectual property, The Last of Us, which received similar acclaim and greater commercial performance. Straley's final project at Naughty Dog was 2016's Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. He left Naughty Dog in September 2017. In 2022, he announced a new studio, Wildflower Interactive.
