MLB The Show 21 is a 2021 sports video game developed by San Diego Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, as well as for the Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, which are co-published by MLB. It is the sixteenth entry in the MLB: The Show series based on the Major League Baseball, and the successor to 2020's MLB The Show 20.

It was announced on February 1, 2021, and is the first game in the series to be released on consoles outside of the PlayStation brand; this is following a new contract between Sony and MLB to make MLB The Show multiplatform. It features San Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatís Jr. on its cover; at age 22, Tatís is the youngest baseball player to be featured on MLB game cover.

Reception to MLB: The Show 21 was generally favorable, albeit lower than its immediate predecessors, with praise directed towards its fundamental gameplay, audio design and accessibility for newcomers. Criticism was focused towards the graphics, lack of notable improvements and the Road to the Show mode. It was followed up by MLB The Show 22.
