PlayStation VR2 is an upcoming 2023 virtual reality headset developed by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 5 game console. It is the successor for the PlayStation VR headset, released in 2016.
Plans for a succeeding virtual reality headset were originally revealed in 2020 before Sony gradually unveiled the controllers and design of the headset by February 2022. The headset was officially announced alongside its flagship title Horizon Call of the Mountain.

The PlayStation VR2 is to be supported by both first-party releases coming from PlayStation Studios, and third-party releases from publishers and partners associates with Sony such as Capcom, Hello Games and Skydance Media. Early PlayStation VR2 titles by PlayStation Studios and external partners include Horizon Call of the Mountain by Guerrilla Games and Firesprite, Gran Turismo 7 by Polyphony Digital and Firewall Ultra by First Contact Entertainment.
